These apps monitor everything you copy and store items in a place you can later access to revisit your path of clips. However, you can easily overlook an important step when you're in a hurry and likely find it difficult, if not impossible, to retrace your steps.Ĭlipboard managers are handy tools that extend the functionality of the Windows Clipboard, which can memorize only one item at a time. I'm sort of hoping someone is going to link me to some obscure little script that peeks in my project and removes all the duplicated references. While working on multiple projects, you probably use the Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V key combinations to keep track of all information, such as emails, Word documents, web addresses, even images and file paths. It messes with any changes I have to make to footage interpretation, and ignores all labels and comments I may have made to the original clips.Īnybody have ideas? I'll even accept a half-decent workaround. I'd like to think that I could just brush this off as project clutter and just throw all the Pluraleyes imported media into a bin and ignore it, but I really don't like this. It's smart enough to not make duplicate copies of the files when you project manage, but not smart enough to remove duplicate references in the project bin. It would seem trivially easy for Premier to identify and consolidate the duplicates. It's the same piece of media, with the same file name and file path. If I remove the other media I had imported originally, I get holes in any sequences I've already used those clips in. If I remove the imports from Plurarleyes I lose my new synced sequences.
